About The Position
We are hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives for a fully remote, 24/7 call center. Paid training is provided for this role.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts
- Must live in New York or Florida
- Reliable internet, updated laptop or desktop and quiet workspace
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone and chat in Spanish and English
- Answer questions and provide support in a professional manner
- Help with basic troubleshooting (internet, Wi-Fi, devices)
- Document interactions and follow procedures
- Escalate more complex issues as needed
