As a Customer Service Representative at Graybar, you will serve as a key contact and liaison for customers, ensuring their total satisfaction. This role involves ongoing interaction with customers, including entering orders, handling requests, and providing timely, professional, and courteous support. You will also actively sell Graybar goods and services on inbound calls and coordinate various customer service requests such as order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims.
