We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support both inbound phone calls and walk-up customer inquiries at our Parkersburg Memorial Bridge facility offices. In this role, you will assist customers with setting up new accounts, processing payments, and addressing general questions or concerns in a courteous and professional manner. This is an entry-level, on-site position. While prior experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or administrative support is a plus, it is not required. We’re looking for dependable individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
