The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with all aspects of opening and maintaining personal and commercial accounts. This role involves greeting customers, directing them to appropriate departments, handling incoming phone calls, and actively cross-selling bank products and services based on customer needs. The representative is expected to make qualified referrals through the iStep system and consistently provide superior service, adhering to CBOLO's customer service standards and 14 Standards of Service. Key aspects include maintaining compliance with bank policies, procedures, and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act. The position requires participation in sales programs, maintaining customer assessment records, and ensuring a neat and secure work environment. The role may also involve teller and safe deposit box responsibilities and working at various branch locations as needed.
