We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Medley, FL location. This role is responsible for coordinating and processing component exchange agreements, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance, and providing timely communication across departments and with customers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting both internal teams and external clients.
