Inbound Calls – no sales calls or cold calling
Pre-Sales Assistance
Assist with things like
Answer questions about products from our catalogs and help screens
Enter orders - sample swatches, quotes, new orders
Post-Sales Assistance
Assist with things like
Status updates/order tracking
Troubleshooting using available guides
Enter orders – parts, repair, remakes
Issue credits

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Good communication skills (written, oral, listening, approachable)
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Good analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Multitasking skills
• Reliability

Responsibilities
