The Customer Service Representative manages, communicates and monitors all aspects of a project and/or order. This role provides internal support and serves as a liaison between BCIâs sales team and clients while supporting all internal departments including Creative Services, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Manufacturing and Finishing. This critical role manages and communicates with the appropriate resources to ensure client and company goals are achieved as it relates to all aspects of the finished product.
