This role is critical to improving response times, maintaining clean data, and allowing our US-based CS lead to focus on higher-level initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent written communicator, and experienced working inside HubSpot. This is a long-term, full-time role for someone looking to grow with a stable team. This is a remote role with a flexible schedule, requiring availability on weekdays and part-time hours on weekends. As a Virtual Assistant, you will support both our clients and internal team, ensuring smooth communication, efficient task management, and an outstanding customer experience. You will help solve problems, anticipate client needs, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our processes.
