We are searching for our next enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in our Rocklin, CA office. This is a true HYBRID role going in office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and work-from-home Tuesday and Thursday. Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting the Commercial Lines team and help continue delivering exceptional service and accuracy to clients. This position requires great attention to detail in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – clear, precise, and professional.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable prioritizing and making informed decisions quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Processing endorsements, audits, policies, and other items at the Account Executive’s direction.
  • Assisting in the renewal process, including obtaining quotes, applications and other duties.
  • Identify and escalate any compliance gaps or discrepancies to the Account Executive and/or Team Lead.
  • Providing quality customer service to clients, teammates and carriers.
  • Communicating with other teammates regarding client needs and issues.
  • Supporting the team with miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned – flexibility and teamwork are key.
