About The Position

We are Hiring!! CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Body Shop Department MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH This is a cornerstone role within our dealership. After 15+ years of dedicated service, one of our key team members is retiring and we are seeking a reliable professional to step in to this key role. This position offers incredible stability and a chance to become a long-term fixture in our dealership family.

Responsibilities

  • Work onsite from 8 AM – 6 PM Monday - Friday
  • Answering Phones - taking messages, confirming future r, calling overdue customers, and making reservations.
  • Must have experience and enjoy social media content as you will be posting videos to your website and social platforms.
  • We are hiring for a team member in our Body Shop Department who can bridge the language gaps for our Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Taking Payment - You will be required to take the customers payment and receipt the payment in our dealer management software (Reynolds and Reynolds)
  • General Office Work - Organizing paperwork, filing, keeping the workspace clean, making sure all purchase orders and due bills (payments from other departments) are accounted for.
  • Greet customers as they arrive for service
  • Establish a professional relationship with each client
  • Exceed customer expectations
  • Be prompt and efficient in the role
