Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding appointments and services.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or concerns.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions
