CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Are you a people person with a passion for cars and customer service? Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service (auto industry is a plus)
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and multitasking
- E ducation/Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in-person and over the phone with professionalism and a smile
- Schedule appointments
- Act as a liaison between customers and service advisors
- Check up on customers in the showroom
- Help keep the lobby, organized, and welcoming
