The Opportunity The Customer Service Representative serves a critical function on our team – making sure that our customers receive top-notch service. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, assessing their needs, and scheduling jobs for our customers. Requirements

  • Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective and current customers
  • Schedule appointments
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule jobs
  • Dispatch on-call technicians to urgent customer needs
