About The Position

At Eco Garage Door Services, every customer interaction matters. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key connection between our customers and our field teams. You will help create smooth, positive experiences by communicating clearly, solving problems, and keeping operations organized. This role supports Central Region operations and works closely with internal teams to manage customer communication, scheduling, coordination, and issue resolution. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of customer service experience in a professional or industry related environment
  • Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute with strong attention to accuracy
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependability with consistent attendance and ability to follow established processes
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to work on site in Lockhart

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of customer service experience in a related industry such as home services, garage doors, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, construction, building supply, or auto parts
  • Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch systems
  • Experience supporting field service or installation teams
  • General knowledge of garage door products and services

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter service tickets, purchase orders, and customer information
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, builders, and internal team members
  • Resolve customer issues in real time while following company policies and procedures
  • Identify whether issues fall under company responsibility or involve third party trades
  • Explain solutions in a clear and professional manner that protects both customer trust and company interests
