About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative to support our customer service team. In this role, you will handle incoming emails and chats, enter customer information into our systems, and assist with various administrative tasks. Your work will help ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support.

Requirements

  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Enter customer information, including dates, addresses, and account details, into the system.
  • Support the customer service team with daily administrative and data‑entry tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is updated promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high‑quality customer support.
