About The Position

The Customer Success Associate supports customers by managing support tickets, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal global teams. This is a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in customer support or a customer-facing role
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Freshdesk preferred)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Support customers via tickets, email, and other channels
  • Manage and resolve tickets using Freshdesk
  • Escalate issues to Product, Engineering, and global teams
  • Create and maintain customer documentation and FAQs
  • Track recurring issues and share insights
