We understand there are lots of choices out there, that is why for over 40 years we have been providing stability, a safe and clean environment, challenging work and are invested in the growth of our people to take them as far as they want to go.  The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE will act as a liaison with our customers, provide service, and input appropriate data into ERP system.  Process customer quotes, purchase orders, documentation/specifications, and communicate directly with the customer.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an associate degree; bachelor’sdDegree preferred; 2-4 years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Customer Service focused.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills. Maintains a positive working relationship with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Able to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of ISO13485, AS9100 quality standards and government regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in PC applications - Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP business systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to read basic blueprints a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchase orders with product realization process. Verify the customer purchase order has correct pricing, payment terms, freight terms, and delivery dates.
  • Collaborate with external and internal customers through order planning and release, production monitoring, and product delivery to ensure customer needs are met. Facilitate internal cross functional team meetings as needed.
  • Process customer requests for quote (RFQ).
  • Process customer returns and complaints.
  • Manage customer and manufacturing documentation per QMS requirements.
  • Maintain customer contact details and document customer feedback.
  • Maintain Long Term Agreement inventory levels releasing jobs as required and in collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Responsible to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.
