About The Position

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you’ll bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots outreach. This is not a call center position—no cold calls, no scripts. You’ll have real conversations that inspire change and support communities. About Us We partner with leading 501(c)(3) nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and socially responsible brands to raise awareness, inspire action, and grow donor support. Through live events and in-person outreach, we create authentic connections that generate real-world impact.

Requirements

  • No prior customer service or outreach experience is required—paid training and mentorship provided.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are enthusiastic, outgoing, and enjoy meeting new people
  • Are passionate about nonprofits, advocacy, or social change
  • Thrive in fast-paced, interactive environments
  • Are a team player, reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
  • Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofits at live events, fundraisers, and community programs
  • Engage the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
  • Share messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community needs
  • Educate individuals on organizational goals, impact, and ways to get involved
  • Build relationships that foster long-term donor engagement and support
  • Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution
