Under the direct supervision, this position assists utility customers over the telephone, in person, by fax, and electronically by email while following departmental policies and procedures. Provides assistance in any and/or all aspects of starting, maintaining and closing utility accounts using applicable software including Hansen Information Technologies, Hummingbird Document Management, and Waypoint Electronic Billing. Physical Demands Requires considerable sitting and walking with occasional lifting of file drawers up to 10 lbs.
