As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the friendly face of National Finance Company. CSRs are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, building relationships with new and existing customers, and supporting our lending operations. Daily responsibilities include: Assisting customers with loan applications, payments, and account inquiries Processing and filing customer documents accurately Maintaining organized customer records and folders Communicating with customers about their accounts in a clear and professional manner Soliciting new business while supporting existing customer relationships Ensuring the office is safe, clean, and welcoming for all customers Supervision: CSR’s are under direct supervision of an Office Manager. They also report to an Area Supervisor and Vice-President of Operations.
