About The Position

InspectionGo is transforming how homeowners manage and protect their most valuable investment — their home. With our innovative digital platform and the new HomeBinder Assistant service, we’ve made it easier than ever for homeowners to organize, store, and share key information, all in one secure place. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated, people-centered Customer Service Rep to join our high-energy, high-reward team. The role of Customer Service Rep is an in-office position focused on making outbound phone calls, answering inbound calls, and monitoring text responses to customers to follow up on services provided, review benefits included, and invite them to take a consultation call with a member of the HomeBinder Assistant sales team.

  • The employee is regularly required to speak, read, and write (legibly) in the English language without assistance and to demonstrate solid computer skills to include, but not be limited to, accurate and timely data entry, login/out, screen, program, and website navigation.
  • Must be able to work independently without direct supervision and, as part of a team, produce expected results.
  • Must routinely apply practical critical thinking skills to improve processes, troubleshoot situations, and resolve problems.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to provide an experience that best serves their needs.
  • Communicate features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity (calls and tasks) goals consistently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company software tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
