Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from Hospital and Nursing Home customers, handling approximately 40 calls per day.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with technicians, service coordinators, management, and the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Research service orders for quality control and ensure accuracy.
  • Enter orders into a custom software database with precision and attention to detail.
  • Utilize call center experience to manage high call volumes and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
