About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Representative provides comprehensive customer service, administrative, clerical, basic accounting, and basic human resources support to the Management Team and other staff members. This position provides excellent customer service to all customers and vendors, assists with purchasing and receiving, general accounting functions, supports recruitment and onboarding processes, and helps maintain employee records and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • No customer service experience required — training provided

Nice To Haves

  • Call center, retail, or administrative experience
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer support systems

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with order status, account updates, and general support needs
  • Document interactions and update customer files in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
  • Support team members with administrative or customer-related tasks as needed
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient operations
