We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Representative provides comprehensive customer service, administrative, clerical, basic accounting, and basic human resources support to the Management Team and other staff members. This position provides excellent customer service to all customers and vendors, assists with purchasing and receiving, general accounting functions, supports recruitment and onboarding processes, and helps maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
