About The Position

This is a structured virtual call center position for customer-focused bilingual representatives in Scottsdale, AZ, supporting Medicare and Medicaid members. The role involves making outbound calls using an auto-dialer to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations, following call scripts, answering member questions, and meeting daily appointment setting goals. Employees are expected to treat it as an on-site workday, remaining fully focused throughout their scheduled shift except for assigned breaks, and it is not a flexible role that allows for managing personal or household tasks during work hours. Requirements

  • Candidates in the Scottsdale, AZ area
  • Must speak, read, and write BOTH English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable using scripts and handling objections
