The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for managing shipping orders, accurately entering order data, and coordinating follow-up with customers, requestors, and international offices. This role acts as a key communication liaison between internal departments and customers to support operational requirements, resolve issues, and contribute to business growth through volume expansion, gross profit improvement, and cross-selling initiatives. The position requires consistently delivering accurate, complete, and timely information, with measurable qualitative and quantitative performance outcomes.
