Fenix Group SPC in Dade City, FL is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to process customer orders, address and resolve customer inquiries and problems, and resolve shipping discrepancies. A Day in the Life of the Customer Service Representative You will spend your day processing customer orders; verifying availability and pricing of products via phone and email; obtaining credit card information from customers to process payments; handling various customer inquiries such as pricing, freight cost, shipping information, and inventory; providing customers with order and delivery updates; facilitating customer complaints, including arranging product returns and issuing credits; providing support to your field sales representatives; & answering incoming calls to the main corporate number.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • A passionate and positive “can do” attitude, willingness to learn, to teach, and to be a change agent within the company.
  • An ability to work within a team environment and help the team become better
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Effective communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with an ERP system
  • PM21
