About The Position

Join our team as a Customer Services Representative, where you will play a key role in providing product and service information while resolving client inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. Pay: $20/hour This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time. Our Payer Services Division meets the evaluation and screening needs of Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities and Employers and includes behavioral health and physical medicine specialty services, working with a wide range of organizations within the workers' compensation, disability, liability, and auto markets. Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities. #LI-NS1 #LI-REMOTE

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong phone communication, email communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Customer-focused approach with adaptability to different personalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), including selecting the appropriate Provider based upon injuries, specialty required, and location.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming emails and calls from clients, attorneys, and claimants.
  • Coordinate transportation and translation services as needed.
  • Drafting and reviewing client cover letters for the IME physician.
  • Following up on IME report status.
  • Maintain confidentiality and securely manage claimant information.
  • Address and resolve client concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
