Nextep’s Customer Service Specialists are dedicated to providing excellent service to clients by finding answers to their questions via phone, email, or chat. The role involves a dynamic environment where specialists handle a variety of inquiries, ranging from benefits to payroll and HR-related system processes. One minute you could be answering client questions about benefits and the next you are working through system processes relating to payroll, HR and so much more! They also assist with the maintenance and optimization of internal systems to improve efficiency.
