About The Position

Monte Package Company, a Bunzl company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our location in Boynton Beach. The Customer Service Rep will answer inquiries on customer accounts, oversee the completeness and accuracy of orders, and investigate any issues and find resolutions in a timely manner. They will serve as the liaison between the sales staff and the customer. At Bunzl, we know that our employees are our number one asset. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel within a Windows environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and make sound decisions
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Nice To Haves

• Experience in produce packaging is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains highly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
• Obtain freight quotes and prepare Bills of Lading for outbound shipments
• Maintain and update Monte Package Company’s social media platforms
• Manage item data and implement price adjustments, as needed
• Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team
• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments for completeness and accuracy
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, as required
• Handle daily mail duties, including pickup and drop-off at the post office
• Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
