Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Individuals will serve as initial contact to new and existing Propane, Ice, and HVAC customers, inform customers of products and services offered, set up new accounts, and provide quality customer service. Must have outstanding computer and telephone skills, be willing to refill propane cylinders, and attend a 2-week training program at our Mt. Jackson, VA location. Hours for these positions are Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.
