About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is upbeat, friendly, and confident on the phone. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can adapt quickly throughout the day. You should be comfortable learning new computer programs, switching between multiple systems, and staying organized while managing a variety of tasks. Familiarity with the local area is a plus. This position is based in West Post Falls and works closely with a small, collaborative office team where teamwork is essential to our daily success.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule customer appointments
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks
  • Support other office staff as needed
