About The Position

As our Residential Division continues to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is bilingual in Spanish and English to join our team. Location: On-site Clermont, Florida Compensation: $15–$20 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) — Must be fluent in both spoken and written communication
  • Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, receptionist, or call center work (home services/trades experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technological platforms
  • A team-oriented attitude, dependable work ethic, and a desire to help others

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, receptionist, or call center work (home services/trades experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners needing HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical service
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls for scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently based on urgency, location, and technician availability
  • Enter and manage customer data accurately in our dispatching software
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and project managers to ensure smooth job flow and communication
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints with professionalism, clarity, and empathy
  • Assist with basic administrative support, including service plan renewals, warranty documentation, billing questions, and other role related tasks
