U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals for the Customer Service Representative position. In this role, you will be a key part of a supportive team, serving as the face of U-Haul's exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include ensuring customers receive all necessary assistance for their journeys, which involves inspecting and maintaining equipment, as well as utilizing up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment. This position also provides valuable on-the-job education. U-Haul Holding Company, and its family of companies including U-Haul International, Inc., has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households since 1945. The company was founded by L.S. 'Sam' Shoen and his wife, Anna Mary Carty Shoen, who recognized the widespread need for one-way, nationwide moving equipment after World War II. Their innovative approach allowed the cost of ownership to be spread among many users, significantly facilitating the mobility of populations across the U.S. and Canada, and in doing so, created an entire industry.
