About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic corporate team supporting customer orders and troubleshooting product issues. This role involves handling inbound calls and emails from internal partners, creating service requests, coordinating field service engineers, and managing spare parts orders. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate service for customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an office environment.
  • 1+ year of data entry experience using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • 1+ year of phone-based customer support experience.
  • Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree.
  • Experience with SAP or logistics.
  • Familiarity with Lotus Notes.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls (10–30 per day) and respond to emails professionally.
  • Create service requests for repairs, preventive maintenance, and installations.
  • Dispatch service orders to field staff within designated timeframes.
  • Coordinate hardware installations and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Support hotline operations and assist with roll-over calls.
  • Perform data entry for spare parts orders and delivery complaints.
  • Manage inventory movements in SAP and update equipment records.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports in SAP.
  • Assist with scheduling on-call/vacation assignments and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with technical assistance teams and other business units as needed.
