About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing manufacturing and sales operation. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, dealers, and internal teams—managing inquiries, quotes, orders, and CRM updates to ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing CSR or sales support experience who enjoys working in a close‑knit, collaborative team and is looking to grow within a fast‑paced organization.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing customer service or sales support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective prioritization and time‑management skills
  • Experience working with an ERP system (Business Central preferred)
  • Experience using a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Field and professionally handle inquiries from customers, dealers, and vendors
  • Provide quotes and pricing information to customers
  • Process quotes and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Acknowledge and communicate backorders and short shipments promptly
  • Keep customers informed of quote and order status proactively
  • Update CRM with complete and accurate information for full project visibility
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on‑time shipment of customer orders
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating root causes and providing thoughtful responses
  • Produce and distribute weekly and/or monthly quote and sales reports as requested
  • Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Monitor service standards and escalate concerns with proposed resolution strategies when needed
