Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent communicators, capable of building trust and rapport with clients over the phone.

  • Able to handle challenging situations professionally, including dealing with difficult clients, and maintaining composure and professionalism.

  • Previous call center experience is highly desired
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Field incoming calls from customers or other parties and address their inquiries or concerns.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate personnel or departments as needed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns to the best of your ability.
  • Mitigate issues to prevent client dissatisfaction that could lead to refunds.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in customer interactions
