About The Position

ADF Medical Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fully Remote Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to patients and clients from any location. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a caring attitude and a passion for helping people. This role is part of the Customer Support & Patient Services Department and offers both Full-Time and Part-Time options.

Responsibilities

  • Handle patient and client inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Provide accurate and helpful information on services, appointments, billing, and general support
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Document all interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems
  • Follow up with patients and clients to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department promptly
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and service quality standards
