Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative(CSR) is responsible for providing a friendly helpful experience for the customer. CSRs receive customer calls for service and schedule service technicians. CSRs listen effectively, demonstrate patience and empathy, and communicate thoroughly . CSRs have the ability to define the problem, prioritize the call, and schedule the best available technician. CSRs schedule unplanned work and planned work and respond to customer feedback. CSRs collaborate with Company project managers, sales engineers and the leadership team. CSRs order parts, perform inventory transactions, labor transactions, prepare invoices and take payments. CSRs may participate in special projects or assignments. The environment is high volume, fast paced and ever changing.
