About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing accurate, courteous support.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of customer service experience in an inbound call center
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft programs
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Handle 50–70 inbound calls per day
  • Make 60–80 outbound calls per day
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times, including:
  • Providing accurate information
  • Following client scripting
  • Using appropriate tone and inflection
  • Showing empathy and willingness to assist
  • Identify and escalate AE/PQC issues to the client within one business day
  • Manage caller complaints and escalate through the supervisor request process
  • Respond to sample accountability emails within 24 hours
  • Complete and submit daily spreadsheets (AV, Touchstone, FEDEX)
  • Manage data and documentation through DTP and the usmmempsi.cc.com mailbox
  • Maintain 90%+ attendance and on‑phone time
  • Follow all CWI, SOP, federal regulations, and company policies
