Every day, people call the AlgaeCal helpline after receiving devastating news about their bone health. They’re scared. Confused. Sometimes even in tears. But after speaking with you, they’ll feel hopeful, empowered, and supported. This is not your typical customer service role. Far from it! At AlgaeCal, we call our team Bone Health Consultants — because that’s what they become. You’ll receive extensive, hands-on training to guide each person with accuracy, care, and compassion. It’s a serious responsibility. And for the right person, it’s also an incredibly fulfilling path. This is a part-time, work-from-home role requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week, worked Monday through Friday. We’re looking for someone who values consistency and can commit to a stable weekday schedule that stays the same week to week. There’s no weekend work, and your hours will fall within standard business hours (PST), typically between late morning and mid-afternoon (for example, between 9:00am and 5:00pm PST). After a period of initial training, your weekly hours will be grouped into a set schedule that works for both you and the team. This might look like 4–5 hours per day across five weekdays, or longer shifts across three or four weekdays. You’ll need a quiet, distraction-free environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay fully present on every call. We’re not looking for someone to “get through the day” — we’re looking for someone ready to grow into a role that truly matters. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
