About The Position

World Truck Towing & Recovery is a fast-paced, customer-first company providing 24/7 roadside and heavy-duty towing services. When someone’s day takes a turn, we’re the call that gets them back on track. We’re growing—and we need dependable, friendly voices to answer those calls. This is a customer service position —no towing experience required. We’ll train you! You’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing help.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Calm, patient, and professional under pressure
  • Basic computer skills (dispatch software experience is a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)
  • dispatch software experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and ask a set of simple, guided questions
  • Dispatch towing services quickly and accurately
  • Provide updates on service status and estimated arrival times
  • Coordinate with drivers and keep customers informed
  • Handle billing, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks
