About The Position

Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning is seeking a motivated, organized Customer Service Representative to support daily operations through a blend of customer service, administrative coordination, and light sales activity. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, communicating with customers, and supporting both office and field teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth scheduling, accurate billing, and a positive customer experience from first call through service completion.

Requirements

Customer service or dispatch experience preferred (HVAC, plumbing, or trade services a plus)
Prior administrative or office support experience
Strong communication and listening skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team

Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner
Listen carefully to customer needs, questions, or concerns and provide accurate, helpful solutions
Resolve service inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers and recommend future services when appropriate
Coordinate daily schedules and activities for drivers and technicians to maximize productivity
Respond quickly to service requests and changes throughout the day
Maintain clear communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams
Quote services and pricing over the phone and identify potential sales opportunities
Review technician notes and paperwork to accurately prepare and process invoices
Apply customer payments and contact customers regarding past-due balances
Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed
Maintain organized and accurate customer and service records
