The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as primary customer contact and project manager for our electro-mechanical repairs business. The CS Representative will coordinate all activities required to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. This role calls for the CS Representative to maintain a continuous line of communication with our customers, our management team, our engineering staff, and various plant operations. Through daily professional rapport with our customers, the S Representative is accountable for preparing quotes for repair requests, while maintaining contact with our vendors to establish price and availability of replacement parts and/or repair items for job estimates. Duties also include various administrative tasks that include the coordination and management of transportation schedules, preventive maintenance, and repairs of company trucks.
