Requirements

1+ year of customer service experience in a call-center/dispatcher setting
Must live within 50 miles of Medina, NY
Strong verbal and written communication
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in a virtual desktop environment
Distraction-free remote workspace
High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Familiarity withAS400.
