About The Position

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers and internal teams. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for order processing, customer inquiries, and service coordination while helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
  • Customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and track customer orders accurately
  • Assist with invoicing, billing questions, and order status updates
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain accurate customer records in company systems
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed
