About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and travel partners, delivering exceptional service while supporting reservations and revenue goals—all from the comfort of your home.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recent call center or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type 25 WPM and pass computer competency assessments
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound reservation calls from guests and travel agents with professionalism and efficiency
  • Upsell and close reservation transactions while meeting revenue targets
  • Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and document interactions using internal systems
