In addition to offering top-tier support, they actively engage with potential clients, promote our services, solve problems, assist with Accounts Receivable, and handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Stable work history
- Friendly, professional phone manner
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office, Internet/Email, and CRM software
- Good problem-solving skills
