The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for day-to-day front desk interaction with aviation customers at Vantage Aviation’s FBO. This position plays a key role in delivering world-class customer service while supporting daily FBO operations. The CSR role requires frequent computer use, radio communications, multitasking, and a high level of focus in a fast-paced and dynamic aviation environment.
