About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us in our Bee Cave, TX office. This team member will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with certain direct accounts as well as assigned distribution channel partners across multiple territories. You will communicate frequently with internal teams, peers, and senior management and with technical, engineering, and other related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, thereby driving new revenue growth. You’ll have opportunities for self-growth within a growing company and be part of a great team where you matter.

  • Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in Customer Service-related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify customers’ orders are placed correctly
  • Work closely with customers to resolve any order discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Regularly review customers backlog of open orders
  • Review any order changes submitted and once approved update system accurately
  • Expedite any urgent or late orders
  • Emails - most communication to/from customers is received via email
  • Manage email inbox effectively and in an organized manner
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively via email
