Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is a full‑time, phone‑based role responsible for handling a high volume of inbound customer calls in a fast‑paced call center environment. This position delivers outstanding, professional service by accurately researching inquiries, providing appropriate resolutions, and thoroughly documenting each interaction. Representatives will also make outbound calls as needed to obtain additional information or resolve open issues. Customers include a diverse mix of providers, members/patients, clients, and insurance partners, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Requirements

  • 2 year of customer service experience; (healthcare/ health insurance experience).
  • 2 year of experience handling inbound/outbound calls and managing call queues.
  • Call handling and queue management.
  • Experienced in remote work environments with strong technical aptitude.
  • Multiscreen navigation and ability to manage several applications at once.
  • Microsoft Outlook and outlook (email management, scheduling) experience.
  • Proven capability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, providing clear and concise responses to customer inquiries.

Nice To Haves

  • Claims processing knowledge is a plus.
  • Medical terminology or Claims knowledge.
